MANGO IN THE GRASS SALAD
Field greens topped with mango, avocado, dried cranberries, goat cheese and sunflower seeds. Finished with ginger-cilantro vinaigrette.
PARTHENON SALAD
Field greens topped with artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, roasted peppers, kalamata olives, feta cheese and toasted pine nuts. Drizzled with herb vinaigrette.
SPINACH SALAD
Fresh baby spinach tossed with apples, tomatoes, red onion and candied walnuts. Finished with creamy blue cheese dressing.
SOY-GINGER BEEF & NOODLE SALAD
Soy and ginger marinated and roasted chuck tender served over spring greens and noodles with alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, tomato, green onions, and carrots. Drizzled with peanut-mint dressing.
SHRIMP-COCONUT & FRESH FRUIT SALAD
Chilled shrimp, fresh seasonal fruit and toasted coconut served over field greens with tomato and avocado. Finished with curry-yogurt dressing.
SIMPLE SALAD
Fresh mixed greens topped with cucumber, tomato, onion, and sprouts. Choice of dressing.

Seared ahi tuna, house smoked salmon or roasted chicken can be added to any of the above salads

Fresh shrimp, Napa cabbage, carrots, green onion and basil with a sweet and spicy peanut dipping sauce.
CAPRESE NAPOLEON
Roasted Portobello mushroom, fresh mozzarella cheese, tomato, roasted garlic and basil. Served with fresh baby greens and balsamic reduction.
MEDITERRANEAN PLATE
Hummus, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts and feta cheese. Served with grilled pita bread.
SESAME NOODLE BOWL
Seasoned sesame noodles mixed with fresh seasonal vegetables and roasted chicken. Served over spinach and topped with diced tomato, green onions and sunflower seeds.
